- All players must be at least 18 years of age in order to play in the Aussie Millions main event. Should a player win a seat to a land based event and not meet the legal age required to participate in the event, their seat shall be forfeited without compensation. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID).
- Employees and immediate family members of employees of MySportsbook.com and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
- MySportsbook.com reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond their control. MySportsbook.com does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
- Players participating in Aussie Millions qualifiers on MySportsbook.com Poker agree to the terms and conditions of the MySportsbook.com Poker Player Agreement.
- MySportsbook.com, as the operator of the MySportsbook.com Poker Network, guarantees one 2010 Aussie Millions prize package will be awarded per $13,000 in the prize pool.
- MySportsbook.com is responsible for registration of the winning player in the 2010 Aussie Millions $50,000 Freeroll playing January 26th and the Aussie Millions main event ($10,500 AUD value) playing January 24th to January 31st, 2010 at the Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia.
- Winners will receive $1,5000 USD cash deposited to their MySportsbook.com Poker Player Account to help with travel expenses. Players are responsible for their own airfare, and air travel arrangements.
- A ten day reservation at the Crown Promenade Casino Hotel in Melbourne, AU will be made in the winning player’s name (as per their Player Account) for 22nd to February 1st.
- Prize package hotel and Aussie Million seat(s) awards are non transferable or redeemable for cash value. The name and person registered on the player's account must participate in the live event.
- A limit of one 2009 Aussie Millions prize package per player will be enforced.
- By participating in a MySportsbook.com Poker Aussie Millions qualifying tournament, participants grant MySportsbook.com the right to the players name and likeness for future promotional purposes without further compensation.
- Players note that the Aussie Millions, Host Casino and international broadcasters will require them to sign an agreement or waiver to participate in the event that may include permission to film and broadcast. MySportsbook.com shall owe no compensation to any player should they not wish to adhere to this third party agreement.
- MySportsbook.com Management decisions are final on all matters related to the Promotion or the awarding of prizes.
