Livorno, Italy (My Sportsbook) - Serie A basement club Livorno has parted company with coaching duo Gennaro Ruotolo and Vittorio Russo. Ruotolo led the club to promotion to the top-flight last season but was joined at the Armando Picchi helm by Russo in the summer as he did not hold the required qualifications to coach in Serie A. However, president Aldo Spinelli has now parted company with both men after an eight-game winless run. "I'm really sorry but Livorno comes before everything and a change was needed," said Spinelli. Former Parma and Empoli coach Luigi Cagni is believed to be the frontrunner for the job. (Courtesy of sportbox.tv)
