Porto, Portugal (My Sportsbook) - Porto extended forward Ricardo Quaresma's contract two years through 2011 on Tuesday. Quaresma was been with Porto, which leads the Portuguese Liga, since 2004. He previously played at Barcelona and Sporting. "I'm thrilled with this renewal. Its a sign of good relationship between the two parts and also of the affection I have for the club," Quaresma said. The Portuguese international midfielder was linked to transfers to a number of top clubs. Quaresma has four goals in league play this season for Porto. Porto leads the Liga by 11 points over second-place Benfica. Porto travels to Sporting this weekend.
