Lisbon, Portugal (My Sportsbook) - Benfica signed Paraguayan striker Oscar Cardozo on Thursday. Cardozo, 24, who last played for Argentine club Newell's Old Boys, was signed to a five-year, $12.27 million contract. Benfica finished third last season in the Portuguese Liga this year and will play the third qualifying round of the Champions League next season. |
